Palletboard

by Ownworks

From the pallet to listed.

Palletboard takes a liquidation pallet from the box to sold: intake, photos, listings drafted by AI in your own voice, posting to Poshmark and Whatnot, and profit per pallet. Built for resellers who buy by the pallet. Your copy, in your accounts. Built and run by Ownworks.

Before Palletboard

Sound familiar?

i.

Buying the pallet takes an afternoon. Listing it takes the rest of the month.

ii.

Three hundred photos come off the phone in one roll, and sorting them into items is a job of its own.

iii.

Every item is the same ten fields typed again, and the original price stays blank.

iv.

You know what the pallet cost. You don't know what it made.

v.

A brand's stock photo slips in as a cover, and your account is the one at risk.

Working today

Raw photos in, drafts out. Measured.

The listing step is built and running. We tested it on a reseller's real listings: twelve items, shuffled the way they come off the phone, with the reseller's own listings as the answer key and the prompts frozen before the run.

What it does

One system, from the pallet to the payout.

Every step feeds the next, so nothing gets typed twice. The steps marked working today are in the demo. The rest are built for you in setup.

  1. 1

    Buy

Log each pallet: source, landed cost with freight, and the manifest. Count it in against the manifest, so a short pallet gets reported inside the vendor's window.

  2. 2

    Intake

Every item gets a SKU that names its pallet, a printed card with a QR code, and a bin. Cost per item is known from day one.

  3. 3

    Shoot

One station, one shot list: front, back, brand tag, size tag, price tag, flaws. Shoot the SKU card first and the camera roll splits itself into items.

  4. 4

    Draft Working today

AI checks each photo, drops stock shots, picks the cover and orders the rest, reads brand, size, fabric and retail price off the tags, and writes the listing in your title formula and voice. Anything it isn't sure of is flagged.

  5. 5

    Review Working today

You or a helper approve each draft on a phone in about half a minute, fixing only the flagged fields. Your own listing can sit beside the draft for comparison.

  6. 6

    Post Bulk Upload file today

Poshmark gets a Bulk Upload file, or copy-ready drafts you post yourself. Whatnot gets the listings through its official Seller API, lined up for a show. No bots and no stored logins, ever.

  7. 7

    Sell and ship

Sold items come up by SKU and bin on a pick list and get delisted elsewhere. Every sale rolls up into profit per pallet, and stale stock gets a markdown plan at 30, 45 and 60 days.

Where it comes from

Tested on a working closet.

Palletboard wasn't adapted from a dropshipping app. We started with an experienced Poshmark reseller who buys liquidation pallets of new-with-tags stock: their title formula, their closet, and their photos as they come off the phone. The listing step was built and measured on those real listings before anything was promised.

It's designed for what generic software misses:

  • Pallets of mixed brands, sizes and departments
  • Poshmark's 3:4 photo frame and its original-photo rule
  • Whatnot shows alongside the closet
  • Helpers at the photo station and the review screen

Ownership

You own it.

Your Palletboard runs in your accounts, with your listings, your photos, your title formula and your pallet costs. There's no per-seat license that grows with every pallet, and your voice is never used to write another reseller's listings.

Before you book

Questions resellers ask.

Does it post to Poshmark for me?

No. Poshmark has no listing API, and we don't build around its rules. You get a Bulk Upload file or copy-ready drafts, and your account stays in your hands.

Does it share, follow or relist for me?

Never. Those bots break Poshmark's guidelines and put a long-standing account at risk. Human helpers are allowed, and Palletboard is built for them.

Does it edit my photos?

Lightly. It crops to Poshmark's 3:4 frame and cleans the background. It never redraws an item or makes a model shot, which the Seller Policy rules out.

Will it write like me?

It drafts in your title formula and voice, learned from your own past listings. You approve every one before it goes anywhere.

What does the AI cost?

About two cents an item, measured, and billed at cost in your own account. Your hours are the expense it saves.

Can we bring our stock over?

Yes. Current listings and open pallets come in from a spreadsheet or your Poshmark export.
