These terms apply to your use of getownworks.com (the "site"). Ownworks is a service of Dimensional Health Partners LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Ownworks," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Information only, not professional advice

Everything on this site is general information about our services. It isn't financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal or medical advice, and it isn't a recommendation about your situation. Ownworks builds and operates business systems. We are not a financial, tax or legal adviser, and we are not affiliated with any broker-dealer or investment adviser. For advice in those areas, consult a qualified professional.

2. No client relationship until we sign an agreement

Visiting the site, booking a review or contacting us doesn't create a consulting, advisory or other professional relationship. An engagement begins only when you and we both sign a written agreement, and that agreement governs the work. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

3. The free operations review

The operations review is a free, no-obligation conversation. The written summary we send afterwards contains general observations based on what you tell us. It isn't a formal assessment, and you're free to use it, share it or ignore it. Either of us may decline to proceed after the review.

4. Examples and illustrations

Descriptions of past work are summarized and anonymized. Dashboards, figures, names and videos shown on the site are illustrations using sample data; they aren't real client information. Every business is different, and we don't promise any particular result, saving or outcome.

5. Introductions and referrals

Some people learn about us through a financial advisor, CPA, attorney or other professional. We don't pay or accept referral fees or any other compensation for introductions. A person who introduces you isn't responsible for our work, and we aren't affiliated with them.

6. Our content

The site's text, design, graphics, videos and code belong to Ownworks or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own reference. You may not copy, sell or republish them without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, gaining unauthorized access, scraping it at scale, or using it to send spam or anything unlawful.

8. Third-party services and links

Booking is handled by Microsoft, and the site may link to other websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

9. No warranties

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ownworks and Dimensional Health Partners LLC aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version and its effective date will always be on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the update.
