Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Ownworks collects through getownworks.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Ownworks is a service of Dimensional Health Partners LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Ownworks," "we," "us").
The short version
- Browsing this site does not set cookies, run analytics or show ads.
- We only collect personal information when you book a review or contact us.
- We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
- If a financial advisor or other professional introduced you, we don't share what you tell us with them unless you ask us to.
What we collect
When you browse. We don't use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) so the site can be delivered and protected from abuse. Fonts and videos are served from our own site, not from third parties.
When you book a review. Our booking page is provided by Microsoft. It asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number and a short note about your business. Microsoft processes that information on our behalf, and we receive it to schedule and prepare for the conversation.
When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
What not to send. Please don't send health information, financial account details, passwords or other sensitive personal information through the booking page or by email before an engagement is in place.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- schedule and hold your operations review, and send you the written summary;
- reply to your questions and follow up on a conversation you started;
- keep records of our business relationship; and
- keep the site secure and working.
We don't use your information for automated profiling, and we don't sell it, rent it or share it for anyone's advertising.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that run parts of our business on our behalf, such as our website host (Vercel) and Microsoft (booking, email and online meetings). They may use it only to provide their services to us.
- Our own professional advisers, such as our accountant or lawyer, when needed.
- Authorities, if the law requires it or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
- A successor business, if Ownworks or Dimensional Health Partners LLC is reorganized, merged or sold, subject to this policy.
If someone introduced you to us, including a financial advisor, CPA or attorney, we don't share what you tell us with that person unless you ask us to.
Client engagements
If you become a client, the information in your business systems is governed by our written agreement with you, not by this policy. Client systems run in the client's own accounts wherever possible.
Do Not Track
Because this site doesn't track visitors across sites or over time, it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact information for as long as we're in touch with you, and generally for no more than three years after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Server logs are kept by our host for a short period under its own policies.
Security
We use reputable providers, access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at the address below and we'll respond within 45 days. Some states give residents specific privacy rights; we honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live.
Children
This site is for business owners and professionals. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we'll make that clear on this page.
